According to some sources these indicative prices have been communicated by Apple and the company is ready to take advance orders. However, Apple has not commented on this yet. Some of the major retailers in the country are already taking pre-orders. Pre-booking is also available on Infibeam. MobileStore, which is the largest mobile phone retailer in India with over 800 branches, will start pre-bookings at Rs. 2000 up to October 13. Apple will make the devices available by October 15.

Instead of a LED flash, Apple has used a Retina Flash which Apple claims offer better performance. A very new feature introduced is the ‘Live photos’ which allows you to make animated GIFs by capturing a 1.5 second video. iPhone 6S and 6S Plus are stronger than their predecessors as they are made of aircraft – grade aluminium alloy.
