Citycopter - A revolution in Air travel

Scientists are up with the concept of having an Electric Helicopter which is on the way of revolutionizing our air travel for personal. We have been imagining of flying cars, maybe ever since we started watching The Jetsons. Our scientists have really put some hard efforts in it and come up with one that is actually one step ahead of the flying cars – the personal helicopter. They are being calling it the “Fly Citycopter”. The copter is a two seater electric helicopter. It could change the whole way of how we travel huge distances. Another cool thing about it is that it does not require a heli – pad for landing.

It can be easily parked at one’s roof top. The credit for the design goes to Eduardo Galvani who imagines of everyone having a pilot license just like we now have the 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler licenses. This means that we would be having heli- copter parking area on top of our buildings. But what weighs the concept down now is its top speed and limited range since it is an electric vehicle. It flies at 120 miles per hour and can cover 300 miles. These figures are based up on the presence of how many charging units will be present across the globe. Yes you guessed it right, a replacement for the fuel pumps. This could mean the end of automobiles after these copters become actually operational. Much better for the environment!
