Amazon has introduced Fire OS 4 “Sangria”

This software is very ease of use and performance for the customers. Dave Limp, Senior Vice President of Amazon Devices said “Fire OS4 improves in both of these areas, and deeply integrates software, content and the Cloud to deliver services that are only available from Amazon.” There is a facility for storing the photos though cloud technology. The feature of the Fire OS latest version is of forwarding the content with the user interface, which will deliver easy and fast access to the apps present on the smartphone or tablet. We can easily browse through our favorite books, songs, videos and games with this software instead of searching each and every folder which is time consumption. Sangria has an functionality that it automatically updates the visual design of UI which will be help full adding profiles separately which will be easy that each family member can browse through their own UI and they can maintain their accounts and Apps separately like Facebook, email and Twitter accounts. Each individual can set the other settings like brightness, bookmarks, spot in a movie and the games levels when played.

The base of the Fire OS4 is derived from Google Android KitKat adding features but it has features which are distinctly Amazon design. The Fire OS 4 will be available on all 4th generation Fire tablets, this also can be availed free as an update for the 3rd-generation tablets also. Fire OS 4 will be available on Fire phone early next year. Fire OS has been included with ASAP(Advanced Streaming and Prediction) which helps in predicting the movies and TV episodes the user wants to watch and starts immediately. It is having a facility that it detects when the tablet is not in use then it proactively turns wireless off which increases the standby battery life to 25% more. Fire OS is not just a device with OS- it has many other new features amended, it has cloud technology to improve performance and the users ease of access which makes easy for sharing the apps, games, audio books, books and Prime Instant Video content. Fire OS 4 includes Firefly support to tablets. There is an extra feature which was introduced with this software; software helps identify items using your device’s camera, later search for them online.

One of the features also includes in supporting for printing from the silk web browser. It has an extended battery life, thanks to a Smart Suspend feature, integration with WPS Office for viewing or editing Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents. There are more upcoming features that are just not ready yet, the features includes are private browsing mode for the Silk Web browser, with which use Family Library tool we can browse through household members books, videos, apps and other content linking to the Amazon account.
