Gusture 40 is a reference Index which comprises of 40 best listed (Bombay and/or National Stock Exchanges) companies in India. Factors used to determine the listing are many but few important ones are Market Cap, Corporate Governance, Price to Book Value (P/B), Price to Earnings (P/E), Dividend Yield, Earnings Per Share (EPS), Face Value, Industry Price to Earning, Promoter Holding, Shareholder-friendliness, and Bonus Issue of Shares.
The Index is being managed by an equity markets expert, Manoj Agadi.
