Bitcoin just touched another high when it crossed $7,000 mark! This is the first time when cryptocurrency has broken its own record twice in a month. This came after the CME Group Inc. announced its plans to launch bitcoin futures by the end of 2017. Bitcoin’s spot pricing touched $7,392 at 12 percent before it dropped to $7,025. Bitcoin has grown sevenfold this year and is now valued at approximately $100 billion. Surely a time of celebration for the bitcoin community as the cryptocurrency shows no signs of slowing down.
With the decision of CME Group introducing bitcoin futures, the cryptocurrency will be somewhat legitimized. Wall Street has been quite skeptic about bitcoin. However, Bitcoin futures might give it a reason to believe.
