Suriya’s wish to be fulfilled by Jakkanna

It rarely happens that star actors ask director to give them any role, be it a cameo. Kudos to S.S. Rajamouli – who has been producing films larger than life. Star hero Surya said that he would also do a guest role in his movies. He said he would have done that if offered a role in Baahubali. Then we heard rumors that Rajamouli would cast Surya in his upcoming movies after winding up the second installment of Baahubali. Also there has been no denying these rumors. Now the latest report is that Rajamouli has approached Surya to play a significant but brief role in Baahubali 2.

The buzz says that Rajamouli likes Surya’s acting and so has decided to direct him in the next part. However, still there is no official confirmation from either side. If it was to be true, it would be the end of wait for Surya who has been waiting since long for this opportunity. The pre – production work for Baahubali 2 is in full swing. The shooting is expected to start in November and we may get to see the movie by the end of next year. On the other hand Surya is busy shooting for his upcoming thriller 24 scheduled for release by the end of this year. The movie is being directed by Vikram Kumar. Surya will also give a guest appearance in Pasanga 2.
