The phone is available at Rs. 24,999 for internal memory of 64 GB. OnePlus 2 has a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP wide angle front camera. Also the company is saying that the pixel size of the sensor is 1.3 microns i.e., 35 percent bigger than the present smartphones in the market. The phone comes with a USB type – C port and has a 3300mAh battery (larger than that of OnePlus 1 i.e., 3100mAh).
Yesterday the sale was open for one hour where amazon sold out the smartphone. The device will be available today as well! The company said that it is putting the device again on sale because of the rising customer demands. This time Amazon is offering the phone at a price of Rs. 24,999 in view of its Great India Festive Sale. The offer however is not available just for Indian customers but also for buyers in United States, Canada, Belgium, Austria, Croatia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Denmark, France, Finland, Greece, Germany, Ireland, Hungary, Latvia, Italy, Luxemburg, Lithuania, Netherlands, Malta, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, UK, Hong Kong and Sweden.
Before this, OnePlus had given out 1000 invites for purchasing the smartphone in a joint promotional collaboration with AirAsia. Also it was heard that the company has also partnered with Bharti Airtel in September offering customers a hands on experience and a chance to win a ‘golden ticket’ that would allow them to purchase the phone.
