Last year with the release of the S Pen, Samsung generated a lot of interest among the potential buyers as it broke our previous expectations from any other Pen out there. The S Pen was a big sensation as it was able to simulate a finger-touch or a swipe with decent accuracy. The S Pen has received some updates in design and it will now be able to fit in more with the new design of the Note 5. Some other new features like sliding the S Pen will automatically bring up a notes app so that you can start scribbling as soon as you have the pen in your hand. The other updates include improvement in pressure sensitivity and writing accuracy which are equally important for creating notes on phone.
Apart from these the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has had a major upgrade in terms of specifications. The Note 5 will be significantly faster than its predecessor. The reason behind this is that the phone has been upgraded to the same 64-bit architecture that is found in the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S 6 Edge; the Exynos 7420. On top of that Samsung has thrown in a 4GB RAM and a less bloated TouchWiz, all of which results in a speedy phone.
Samsung is sometimes criticized for its uninteresting designs. But with Note 5, they may have created a beautiful handset to look at. The metal frame and glass panel all contribute to its beauty. The one thing in the phone that has been reduced is the display size which has been brought down to 5.7 inches. The new size keeps the phone comfortably in the phablet zone. Considering the fact that it has Samsung’s trademark Super AMOLED quad-HD display, it might be justified to spend more than $900 on the device. The Samsung Note 5 has a lot to offer but not in terms of price.
