Launch of global co-operation by OptoFidelity and Symbio

Mobile World Congress 2015  — Launch of global co-operation by OptoFidelity and Symbio in the field of Robot Aided Test Automation. OptoFidelity and Symbio are two companies which are strong competitors in the field of quality assurance in several industries. The strength of Symbio is co-creation, software development, and QA services, whereas OptoFidelity specializes in automated user interface testing systems for touch enabled devices. Both these companies have decided to join hands to provide an integrated environment for QA in industries.

Symbio has a long history of working in the quality assurance department for connected devices, industrial internet, and automotive. It is also credited with creating a Total QA model with the help of which quality checks can be performed much sooner leading to better outcomes. Symbio has also developed the RATA (Robot Aided Test Automation) framework in collaboration with the Touch & Test™ Robotics of OptoFidelity. Symbio and OptoFidelity have started working together quite recently at the level of global projects. OptoFidelity’s contribution to these projects was its new testing system with a short testing cycle, much higher accuracy, and enhanced features for reporting. Symbio’s contribution was quality assurance for the testing system based on its Total QA framework. That is how, a global co-operation model between OptoFidelity with its human simulator environment and Symbio with its Total QA framework.
