iPad has met its match in Samsung Tab S 8.4

The iPad had the dominance in the tab market till date, now ultimately it has met its match in Samsung Tab S 8.4. Samsung has been releasing smart phones of similar design and configuration with minor modifications, which led to its zero recall value. Samsung realized that smart phones is slowly losing out its market to tab, and also the market is flooded with cheaper smart phones, complete with all the features. Which sort of led Samsung to develop a tab, which will be a stiff competition for iPad.

Customers were highly impressed with the first glance of Tab S 8.4. The most prominent feature being the high resolution (1600 X 2560 pixels) Super Amoled screens, they are quite fabulous with the vibrant colors and dark blacks, without the color being too jarring for the eyes.

Samsung has also increased the thickness of the Tab to 6.6mm, the edge design on these tablet have a more chamfered design. They have kept the back design of the tab same as S 5, dimpled leather which gives you a very premium feel, as opposed to any other Samsung Tabs till date.

Samsung has continued to use the hardware button in Tab S 8.4, which you will find at the bottom of the tab. They have placed the proximity sensor and the front facing camera (8 MP) above the display.
Another great feature which sets aside Samsung tabs from iPads is Samsung Tabs has the multi user facility, thereby making it more family friendly.

The biggest benefit of Samsung is its price, which has always been a sore point for Apple products. The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is all yours for only $399.99 (16GB model) and $449.99 (32 GB model) which is way less than an iPad. In the former one you also have the option of extending the memory up to 128 GB, with a micro SD card and cloud storage up to 50 GB.
