The event started few years back in India with painstaking efforts of a group of people in Delhi. They decided to organize one in their city to avoid problem of travelling abroad for a comic convention. Out of this simple mission, grew what is now called Comic Con India. The event is now spread across multiple cities of the country including Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Mumbai. The convention now stages a number of pop culture events for all fans to engage across the country.
The show has gone a great step ahead in expanding the pop culture in country that was much restricted. In India, the pop culture is quite limited and needs to be expanded to cater to the interests of millions of passionate Indian fans. The Comic Con caters to this need by organizing high profile events that engage fans of comics, movies, games, television, toys, food and merchandise. Since its inception, a lot of industries have extended support in popularising pop culture. This time also Bangalore Comic Con hopes to engage passionate fans in a number of unique events. At the same time it will provides you to exhibit your undying love for pop culture and comics.
